About
Our Primary Dance Program introduces students to the fundamentals of dance while continuing to develop coordination, musicality, confidence, and independence. Through age-appropriate ballet, jazz, tap, and tumbling, dancers build strong foundations while discovering the joy of movement and performance.
Students learn through structured activities and creative exploration while developing focus, classroom skills, and a growing sense of accomplishment.

What To Expect
Primary dancers begin their journey as young artists by developing both technical and creative skills. Classes are designed to challenge students while maintaining a positive environment where they can build confidence, develop discipline, and become more independent.
Teachers encourage dancers to explore movement, follow class structure, and prepare for the next stage of their dance education.
Performance Opportunities
Primary dancers have the opportunity to perform in our annual Nutcracker and Spring performances.
Dancers looking for an additional challenge may also audition for Performing Company, our competitive dance team. Company members train and perform together while developing teamwork, confidence, commitment, and performance skills.
